Registration
If you have recently moved to Monroe County, it's time to register your children for school.
When you register, you will need the following:
Birth Certificate
Proof of a health exam within the last 12 months, or proof of an upcoming appointment for the exam within 30 days.
Florida Certificate of Immunization
Social Security card for student (if available)
Proof of residency
Proof of custody if student doesn't live with both natural parents
Children entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1st, 2001. Students entering first grade must be 6 years old on or before September 1st, 2001 and must have
completed kindergarten.
